Point must be grammatically correct, no spelling or grammar errors and it must contain
factual and informative information.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Research the place of your birth. You
should focus on your native town or state.
What is the name of the state or province you are from? Where is it located?
GEOGRAPHY: What natural resources are available in your town? What are some geographical aspects of your town or state stand out to you? What geographical aspects make it a desirable place to live? What are some geographical aspects that make it a challenge to live there?
CLIMATE: What is the climate like in your home town? Describe the seasons. Describe the setting.
HISTORY: When was your town or state founded? Who founded it? Was it founded for a particular purpose? What interesting historical facts can you find about your state?
POPULATION: Provide statistics. How many people reside in your town? How many professions are there? How many children? How many elderly? How are most of the people employed?
ARCHITECTURE: What kinds of houses do people live in? What are the houses made of? How many rooms are there usually? What other aspects of the architecture are particular to your city/town?
FAVORITE PLACE: What is your favorite place in your home town? Where do you like to go? What do you do there?
FAVORITE PERSON: Who is your favorite person who still lives in your home town? What are they like? Describe them.
GENEOLOGY: How long has your family lived in your state, city, town? Where did they live before? Where did your parents live in relation to your home town? Where did your grandparents live? Where did your great grandparents live? Describe their living conditions to the best of your ability.
SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS: Give two characteristics of your home town that set it apart from the rest of the world.
