HOW TO CREATE A GOOD SURVEY

1. Write questions that each person will interpret in the same way.

2. Your quesstionnaire should be short. For our purposes, write 5 questions. What is essential to know? Make a list of possible questions and choose the five that seem most important.

3. Use a rating scale:
Strongly Agree
Agree
Disagree
Strongly Disagree

4. Put your questions in logical order.

5. Name your survey
Write down a purpose for your survey. Explain why it is important to hear from the correspondent and what may be done with the results of the survey, namely that they will be published on your blog.
